Once you have placed an order for any of the freebies you will receive a download link to the files in your e-mail.

We recommend printing our downloadable coloring pages on thick paper and to use a blank sheet underneath so it doesn't bleed onto whatever would be under your page otherwise.

For all products except books we have the following return policy:

At Happy Homies, our products are made to order—crafted just for you once your order is placed. Because of this personalized production process, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size, color, or item was ordered, or if you simply changed your mind.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’re happy to offer a free replacement or a full refund. To qualify, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. When reaching out, include a clear photo that shows the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. There’s no need to return the damaged item.

Important Notes: Refunds are issued back to your original payment method. If your order includes multiple items with the same issue or design, please include an additional photo (or video) showing all affected items in one frame for confirmation. We cannot offer refunds or reprints for issues related to incorrect size or color selection. In case of a failed delivery, you can request a reprint (additional charges may apply) or a partial refund.

For items printed using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) technology, please note there’s a tolerance of up to 0.5" / 1.3cm in print placement—small variations like this are not considered defects.

We distribute our books through Amazon. Therefore any return will have to be done through your account on the Amazon website just like how you would any order from there.

Since we utilize a print-on-demand service for our clothing & lifestyle items sometimes products will get sent out from different manufacturers.

This does not increase shipping costs.

Our clothing & lifestyle items are shipped to everywhere in the world except for North Korea, Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine.

As for our books, Amazon ships to everywhere in the world except for North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Irak, Syria, North Sudan, South Sudan.

We have provided a sizing chart in the description of all clothing items, please check it carefully before ordering. All dimensions are measured with the item laid flat. Measure a similar piece of apparel at home to be sure of your size.
